Instructions
Step 1
Add 1lb of ground beef in a medium-large sized pan. (The picture shown is the kind I used but any ground beef will do.)

Add garlic pepper to the meat and mix it in, then add diced onion and tomato.

let sit for about 5 minutes then add tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper & *optional* “Knorr” granulated chicken bouillon. If you like spicy, i would recommend adding chile de árbol.

Add beef broth, diced carrots & 2-3 whole jalapeños to the pan, then put a cover on it and let it sit for about another 5 minutes.

Add chopped potato *optional zucchini* & more seasoning if needed then let sit w lid on again to simmer.
Step 6
