Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat over 325 degrees.
2. Melt butter and mix with salt, syrup, milk, brown sugar and vanilla extract. 3. Blend 2 cups of the oatmeal into a flour.
4. Mix the 2 cups of oatmeal flour and 1 3/4 oatmeal together.
5. Mix melted mixture with oatmeal mixture.
6. Place parchment paper inside of 9x9 glass dish. 7. Pour in mix and press down evenly.
8. Bake 20 minutes. Turn 1/2 way through (10 minutes)
9. Let cool in pan at least 10 minutes before cutting. Remove by lifting parchment paper.
