2 lbground beef
0.5white onion
2 tspbbq seasoning
favorite
2eggs
⅓ cupmilk
¾ cuppanko breadcrumbs
3 clovesgarlic
3 tablespoonketchup
Glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Blend ingredients in blender for meat loaf except the ground beef and breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Mix the bread crumbs, blended mixture and beef together
Step 3
Shape the loaf (the shorter and wider it is the better crust it will have in the smoker)
Step 4
Mix the Glaze together. Spoon some over the top
Step 5
Set smoker for 250° F, and cook meatloaf until internal temp reaches 165° F. You can baste meatloaf with glaze half way through, and at the end
