Instructions
Step 1
Cut the membrane off of the ribs and cut into individual slices.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine ribs, soy sauce, vinegar, chili garlic paste, honey and garlic. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Cook ribs on 275 in oven on cookie sheet lined with foil for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Remove from oven and cover ribs with flour. Cook in oil for 2-4 minutes.
Step 5
For the sauce, combine 1/2 cup melted honey and desired amount of Sriracha sauce. Taupe ribs in sauce. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
