This literally came to me in a dream, as in I dreamed that I ordered it and ate it at a NY cafe. I haven't made it yet, but I really want to, and soon.

Step 1
Lightly broil the sole until barely cooked through and salt and pepper to taste. Combine the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and capers and spread on the toasted baguette. Top with the spinach, red bell pepper, red onion and sole in that order and season with black pepper. Top with the other half of the baguette and eat with lemon cucumber seltzer.
