Step 1
Heat the coconut oil in a wok and add the sliced onion and red pepper
Step 2
Cook the vegetables until soft and then add 1 tbsp curry powder
Step 3
Add in the coconut milt
Step 4
Once hot add in the prawns and baby leaf spinach
Step 5
Cook until the prawns are no longer translucent
