Instructions
Step 1
Grind spinach with green chillies and garlic and optional tomato
Step 2
Heat oil on pan, add jeera and garlic and maybe onion
Step 3
Sauté for 1 min
Step 4
Add Spinach purée and stir. Add salt
Step 5
Add water if required
Step 6
When gravy comes to a boil, add paneer cubes and mix well
Step 7
Stir in lemon juice
Step 8
Finally add fresh cream and serve
