Instructions
Step 1
Boil and cook pasta per box instructions, once cooked, strain and set aside to add into the sauce at the end.
Step 2
While pasta is boiling, in a large saucepan melt the butter, add cubed chicken and onions. Sautee and add all the spices. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Uncover the chicken and sautee for an additional 10 minutes until the liquid is gone and the chicken and onions begin to caramelize.
Step 4
Add bbq sauce and ranch into pot and then toss in the pasta. Mix well together.
Step 5
Top the pasta with cheese and basil or parsley (herb of choice). Cover the saucepan to allow the cheese to melt.
Step 6
Enjoy hot and try to hold back from eating 3 bowls in a row like me >_< !
