Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F

Brown butter in a pan on medium heat. Once browned, let cool completely. About 10 minutes

Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and beat well.

Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well.

Cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and set in fridge for 24-32 hours.

Once time is up, start forming balls with your dough. you may leave the bowl sitting out for 5-10 minutes to make this easier. Drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden and let cool for one minute before transferring onto a wire rack.
Step 8
Sprinkle sea salt and powdered sugar on top of cookies and continue to let the cookies cool completely.
