Instructions

Step 1
Put the grill over medium fire.
Step 2
Fill the hole of your cored cabbage with butter, bouillion cube, bacon fat, pepper and garlic.
Step 3
Wrap the cabbage in foil about 2/3 of the way up.
Step 4
Make sure to leave the top open.
Step 5
Transfer to your grill rack and smoke for 2 hours.
Step 6
Unwrap and enjoy.
