Instructions

Step 1
1. Wash and finely dice all of the vegetables 2. In a mixing bowl add the ground beef, celery, onion, zucchini, and carrot. 3. Mix well. 4. Add black pepper and chicken bouillon as desired. 5. Mix well. 6. Add yellow mustard. 7. Mix well. 8. Shape into rectangle and place in a baking pan. 9. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. 10. Add bbq on top of meatloaf and bake another 10 to 15 minutes. *baking time will vary so check for doneness.
