For Chicken:
2 x 8 ouncesboneless skinless chicken breasts
½ teaspoonsea salt
½ teaspoondried basil
½ teaspoondried parsley
2 tablespoonsCaesar Dressing
1 tablespoonolive oil
For Creamed Kale & Brussels:
½ cupkale
chopped
Brussels sprouts
halved
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonsbutter
Minced garlic
¼ cupheavy cream
¼ cupparmesan cheese
½ teaspoongranulated garlic
½ teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspoonsea salt
For Broccoli:
Instructions
Step 1
1. Season chicken with salt, basil and parsley. Cook in olive oil.
Step 2
2. Sauté kale, Brussels sprouts in melted butter and garlic. Add heavy cream.
Step 3
3. Sauté broccoli. Top with parmesan cheese.
Step 4
4. Serve chicken over kale and Brussels.
