Instructions
Step 1
Mix slaw ingredients and let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 2
Pat fish dry and squeeze lime juice on top. Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Dredge in mixture of flour and marinade spices. Fry in peanut oil until crispy.
Step 4
Serve with warm street-style tortillas
