Gochujang Butter Eggs

You will become addicted to these eggs. Delicious jammy eggs coated in a sweet, spicy and slightly tangy sauce. So good! You can cook your eggs however you like but I love a good runny egg yolk.

Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, boil 6 eggs to your preferred doneness. Boil them and set them aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant (~60 seconds).

Step 3
Add gochujang, honey (or your choice of sweetener), and soy sauce. Cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce slightly thickens.

Step 4
Add in the rice vinegar and sesame oil. Cook for 30 seconds.

Toss in your boiled eggs and coat them in the sauce.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
