Instructions
Step 1
In boiling water, boil eggs for 8 mins. Add a splash of vinegar for the shells to peel easier.

After 8 mins, rinse the eggs in cold water and peel.
Step 3
On a pan, add minced garlic, soy sauce, gochujang, gochugaru, sugar and water and turn the heat to low-medium.

Step 4
Stir the mixture and add the eggs
Step 5
Chop up green onions and toss in for extra flavour.

Drench sauce onto the eggs with a spoon.
Step 7
Let it simmer for 8 mins until most of the sauce has evaporated.
Step 8
Sprinkle sesame seeds (opt) on top and enjoy!
