Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking pasta with 1 tbsp salt in water
Step 2
Beat chicken breast until about 1/2" thick
Step 3
Season with salt, cayenne pepper, and pepper then dredge with flour until coated
Step 4
Add 2 tbsp avocado oil to pan on medium high heat and place chicken. Cook on both sides until cooked through and browned. Place on wire rack
Step 5
In remaining oil add capers and crush in pan or outside pan until fragrant
Step 6
Add wine to deglaze the pan and reduce by half
Step 7
Turn heat to low-medium and add water and butter and constantly stir until butter is melted
Step 8
Add chicken back in and cover in sauce and plate.
Step 9
Add cooked spaghetti to sauce, stir and plate with chicken
