Step 1
Prepare your tin, line with muffin cases and put the oven onto 190’C
Step 2
In a large silver bowl, put your flour, sugar and baking powder. Add your butter and whisk until fully combined.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time, whisk until fully blended and the mixture is smooth and light.
Step 4
Add any additions now.
Step 5
Using a spoon, divide the mixture between the 12 cases.
Step 6
Cook for 18- 25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Step 7
AT HOME - Decorate as you wish
