Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT the milk.
Step 2
Using a #20 scoop or your hands lightly wet with water form into balls.
Step 3
Brown the meatballs in a large pan with 2 tbsp. of olive oil until they are brown on all sides. Temp should be 165 degrees to check if they are done and not pink inside.
Step 4
Remove the meatballs and add the milk to the grease to make a thick smooth gravy.
Step 5
Pour the gravy over the meatballs and serve with noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
