Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook pasta according to instructions on packaging. Begin working on the cheese sauce while it cooks.

Melt butter over low heat.
Sauce Pan

Add Velveeta and allow to melt. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Pour in milk, flour, and a small amount of salt and pepper. Stir until the flour is not clumpy. Then simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Should only take a few minutes.

While the sauce is simmering, cut the sausage into disks and then halve the disks.

Once pasta and sauce are complete, drain the pasta and return to pot. Add cheese sauce and sausage to the pasta and stir until mixed. Pour into one 9x13 or 2 8x8 baking dishes.

Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with a layer of mixed cheese, a layer of breadcrumbs, and a sprinkle of paprika. Return to over for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and crumbs start to brown.
