Step 1
In a saucepan pour just enough oil on medium heat. Put in all your chicken mince until cooked. The color of your chicken should be white. Make sure to keep breaking you chicken with a wooden spoon.




Step 2
Once your chicken is all white pour 1/3 of your tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of your salsa and stir.


Step 3
Quickly pour in all of your canned black beans and continue stirring.

Step 4
Soon after pour in all of your nacho seasoning. For those who do not have nacho seasoning, replacements are cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black & cayenne pepper
Mexican oregano. Make sure to mix in your seasoning well in your paste. Once done, remove your pan off heat.

Step 5
Now that your paste is done we'll start preparing to put everything together in the oven. Preheat oven to 180 c. Get a large baking dish and spray in some cooking oil to prevent sticking.

Step 6
Pour in a large bag of corn chips in your dish and carefully lay out your chicken paste on top of the chips. Sprinkle in a pound of grated cheese of your choice on top of the paste.


Step 7
Carefully place your dish in the oven. Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.

Step 8
Once the cheese is melted take out your delicious nachos. For those who prefer, side your nachos with guacamole and salsa of your desire. Lastly enjoy your nachos with your loved ones!
