Instructions
Step 1
Tumis bawang putih, halia, serai, daun limau, cili padi dan sedikit cili boh.
Step 2
Tambah 3/4 periuk air dan stok ayam.Biarkan mendidih.
Step 3
Tambah pes tomyam, sos ikan, sedikit susu cair, perahan limau nipis dan kacau sebati.
Step 4
Masukkan bahan rencah seperti ayam sotong, udang, lobak, cendawan dan hirisan bawang holland.
Step 5
Perasakan dengan garam dan ajinamoto. Akhirnya masukkan tomato dan hirisan daun ketumbar.
