Instructions
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds in a pan until fragrant (use white sesame seeds to check when cooked).
Step 2
Place in a food processor, then blend until a course paste forms.
Step 3
Scrape down the sides, then add 3tbsp of neutral oil - this will help the process along.
Step 4
Continue blending until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 5
Season with salt, then serve as a tahini sauce, or pop into a jar & save for when you make my next dip...
