Preheat oven

Combine gluten free flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk to blend them all together.
Step 3
Add the softened butter, eggs and vanilla to a large mixing bowl and use an electric mixer. To whip the wet ingredients together.
Step 4
Add flour mixture a little at a time and mix in.
Step 5
Add chocolate chips and use a spoon to mix them into the dough if you are adding nuts add them now too.
Step 6
Let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a medium sized scoop to shape your cookies.
Step 8
Bake for 9-10 minutes remove to wire cooking rack.
Step 9
Let cool store in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
