Chicken Salad

Easy meal with no cooking.
Keep it under 400 kcal:
-Serve with cup of raw vegetables and 2 Tbsp of hummus.
-Serve with 6-8 whole grain crackers.
-Serve with 1 slice low kcal bread (<70kcal per serving)
*note kcal count in Whisk is inaccurate. Salad topper is 45 kcal per Tbsp
Reduce Kcal:
Use low-fat mayo
Reduce carbohydrates:
Sub salad topper with one that does not have cranberries
