Instructions
Step 1
Make medium boiled eggs and chop them to preferred chunkiness.
Step 2
Add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and sugar to a bowl. Whisk until mixed.
Step 3
Add the eggs into the mayonnaise mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Add spicy mustard, parsley, green onion to the mixture.
Step 5
Season with seasoned pepper (or salt and pepper) to taste.
Step 6
Serve egg salad on toast and add smoked paprika on top for garnish.
