Chicken Breast
Chopped Into Small Pieces
ancho chili powder
cumin
Garlic Cloves
Crushed
onion powder
sugar
salt
lime zest
lime juice
soy sauce
chicken stock
Pickled Red Onions
Assembly
Instructions
Step 1
Add All Ingredients for Marinade and set to side
Step 2
Thinly slice red onion. Add enough water and lime juice to make them slosh in bowl. Add sprinkling of sugar and pinch of salt. Microwave 15 on 15 second intervals 3 times stirring in between. Onions will turn bright pink when done
Step 3
Fry chicken 4 minutes or until cooked
Step 4
Grate lime zest into sour cream. Add a squeeze of juice and enough watery it rubs off a spoon
Step 5
Assemble with Tortillas
