1 Tbspsalt
1 Tbspblack pepper
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbsporegano
1 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbsponion powder

1 tspcayenne pepper
tortilla chips
Sauce
2 Tbspsour cream
2 Tbspheavy cream
1 Tbspchili powder
1 tspseasoned salt
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspcayenne pepper

Instructions
Marinating the Chicken
Step 1
Chop jalapeno and onions
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, jalapenos and onions together

Mix chicken in and let it marinate for 24 hours
Making the Breading

Combine all purpose flour and seasonings into a bowl
Step 5
Crush tortilla chips and combine with flour mixture
Frying the Chicken

Preheat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Take chicken out of buttermilk and coat with the breading. Squeeze it into the chicken to create uneven spaces and cracks

Fry chicken in oil for 8-10 minutes (12 if bigger pieces)

Set aside on paper towel to drain excess oil
Preparing the Sauce

Combine sour cream and heavy cream into a bowl

Add seasonings in and whisk. Taste and adjust to your liking
Assembly

Place a flatbread onto a plate

Spread the sauce onto the flatbread

Place one chicken per flatbread
