Instructions
Step 1
Soak beans overnight in a large pot. Fill pot about 2/3 with water
Step 2
Cook beans in the instant pot. Pour water out from soaking until you have about an inch left covering the bean. Add a little salt. Cook at high pressure for 15 to 18 minutes (bigger beans, do longer). Let the beans natural release all of the pressure to avoid spewing bean juice
Step 3
After they are done, add whatever spices you like to individual bowls
