Instructions
Step 1
cook mince until it starts to brown and then add the diced diced onion
Step 2
mix and cook on low heat
Step 3
add half the sauce to the mince and cook on medium heat until crispy
Step 4
set mince aside and to the pan add the rest of the onion, spring onion, rice and the rest of the sauce and then mix
Step 5
add some more spring onion and mix
Step 6
divide into 4 equal portions
Step 7
garnish with chilli, spring onion, sesame seeds and spicy mayo
