Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken breast and season with a dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix it all together
Step 2
Cover with potato starch. Mix together to coat the chicken properly
Step 3
Add olive oil to pan on high heat
Step 4
Once it’s hot, cook chicken until it’s golden brown and set aside
Step 5
Turn it down to low heat and then add to the pan, light soy sauce, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar and then stir it together
Step 6
Add potato starch mixed with water to the pan and stir until thick
Step 7
Add the chicken and then mix again, coating all chicken in the sauce
Step 8
Serve with 130g cooked rice and optionally season with sesame seeds, chilli & spring onion. Divide into 4 equal portions
