Wife has been asking for this for ages, I am not really a fan of creamy noodle dishes, but ai have to say, i really like this one. Super simple and can be done in 15 minutes

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook udon according to package instructions, strain, and set aside

2. Season scallops generously with salt and pepper

3. In a hot oiled pan sear scallops for one and a half minutes each side

5. In the same pan, add butter and melt

6. add garlic, shallots, kimchi and Sauté until fragrant

7. Lower heat

8. Add heavy cream and reduce by a third

9. Add in the udon, scallops and incorporate
Step 10
Finish with pepper and green onions
