Instructions
Step 1
Begin by slicing a stalk of green onion.

Dice your chicken breast into cubes.

Add the diced chicken into a bowl. Add 1.5 Tbsp of Korean chili flakes, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1.5 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1.5 Tbsp of gochujang and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil. Mix and massage with gloves on.

Step 4
To elevate the dish, wrap the chicken mixture and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
Step 5
Warm up your pan to medium heat. Drizzle oil and add your chicken mixture. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Make sure chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Step 6
Add a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese until chicken is covered.

Sprinkle green onions on top for extra flavour.
Step 8
Cover with a lid OR cover with aluminum foil. Turn heat to low and leave for 4-5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Step 9
Serve with rice and a side of pickled radish. !
