Step 1
Boil chicken in water for 10 minutes

Remove white foam residue from the surface as chicken boils

In a deep pan, add samne and moghrabiye. Mix until it reddens

Add shredded chicken

Pour water worth 2.5 times the amount of moghrabiye gradually.
Step 10
Season with cinnamon powder, bhar 7elo, 2-3 maggi cubes (preferably 2) and a dash of salt
Step 11
Allow water to evaporate
