Instructions
Step 1
Combine the Kodiak pancake mix, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder in a microwave safe bowl. Add in the stevia, maple syrup, and almond milk. Stir until combined.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and swerve. Move to a ziploc bag with the end cut off, and pipe it like frosting onto the pancake bowl in a ‘swirl.’
Step 3
Microwave for 2 minutes and 15 seconds. While that is in the microwave, combine the powdered swerve and almond milk until a frosting forms.
Step 4
When pancake is done, drizzle the frosting over top and enjoy!
