Cream butter and sugar

Separate the yolk and the whites of the eggs

Whisk the egg whites and set aside

Add the yolks one at a time and whisk in

Add the milk
Step 6
Fold in the flour, baking powder and salt

Fold in the beaten egg whites
Step 8
Add the vanilla and sprinkles and fold

Bake in a 9x9cm cake tin at 180° for 40-50 mins
