1 teaspoonall-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoonkosher salt
1 teaspoonblack pepper
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
2 tablespoonscornstarch

Instructions
Step 1
Clean and pat dry chicken wings
Step 2
Add wings to a bowl and season with all-purpose seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and coat wings well. I recommend refrigerating wings for at least 30 minutes before frying. After refrigerating, coat wings with cornstarch.
Step 3
Heat frying oil to about 365 F and cook wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until they are crispy and browned.
Step 4
For sauce, in a medium sauce pot or pan on low heat, add in butter. Once butter is melted, add in lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, and honey. Simmer sauce on low for about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Toss cooked wings in the sauce and enjoy.
