(though you don't have to add in just chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, or berries are delicious mix-ins.) This recipe has a taste and texture just like a cake, and can easily be turned into muffins!

pre-heat oven too 350 °

⁃ mash bananas until a chunky-ish consistency
Step 3
⁃ in a separate bowl, combine the sugar and butter together, then slowly incorporate the banana mixture
Step 4
⁃ lightly beat 2 eggs and whisk it in the batter along with the vanilla extract
Step 5
⁃ in a separate bowl, all of the remaining dry ingredients
Step 6
⁃ slowly incorporate the wet mixture into the dry, whisking dry clumps along the way
Step 7
⁃ add the mix ins labelled above (or the ones of yours choice)
Step 8
⁃ grease one 9x5 pan with a tablespoon of butter and add the batter in
Step 9
⁃ bake for 45-55 minutes
