Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit
Step 2
Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs using a knife
Step 3
Place the ribs onto foil, rub with mustard then coat with the rib rub. Add the apple cider vinegar to the foil wrap before sealing.
Step 4
Bake the ribs while wrapped in foil for 2hours at 300 degrees
Step 5
Once cooked, unwrap and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce. Then return to the oven to broil for 10 minutes
