Instructions

Step 1
Remove leaves and stems from cauliflower head
Step 2
Break up/chop cauliflower into small chunks
Step 3
Place into a saucepan on medium heat and add enough boiling water to fully submerge the cauliflower
Step 4
Leave to boil for 10-15 minutes or until soft
Step 5
Remove from heat and drain water
Step 6
Blend until smooth and creamy
