Instructions
Step 1
Purchase fresh horseradish from grocery store.
Step 2
Clean and use a vegetable peeler to peel the surface skin off of horseradish. Chop into small cubes/ pieces.
Step 3
Transfer into a blender and add 10 tablespoons of water. Process until well ground, adding more water if needed.
Step 4
Transfer grated horseradish to a container (Strain out some of the water if the mixture is too liquidy), then add white vinegar, salt and sugar, mix well, store in refrigerator, use as needed.
