Vegan crispy fried mushrooms
This is an adaptation of Black Folks Buttermilk Fried Chicken Recipe from TheSoulFoodSpot.com. While testing we fried every veggie not spoken for. Mushrooms, onions, and avocados all went into the fryer. We even tried bananas, too. 😅 You can skip the double bath in the buttermilk, but it really does make it more crispy. 🍄🧅🥑🍌😋
