Ingredients

1kgGround Meat
lean Lamb or Beef
1.5kgfine bulgur
1onion

2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonall spice
½ teaspooncinnamon
1 tablespoonpomegranate molasses
The Filling Mixture
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the bulgur twice and leave it aside in a colander for 30 minutes
Step 2
Mix the bulgur and the meat with the rest of the ingredients in a kibbeh machine (food processor) with addition of 3 ice cubes or 3 tablespoon of cold water.
Step 3
Put the meat dough covered with nylon, in the fridge for an hour or more.
Step 4
Finely chop the onions and fry with ghee and add the meat, salt pepper & pine nut until softened and water evaporates and leave aside until completely cool
Step 5
We take out a small qty of the dough and start forming a ball shapes, make a hole in the middle by finger, fill them with mixture, close it and form it as a cone shape in both ends.
Step 6
Fry the Kibbeh in oil on medium heat for few minutes until becomes light brown.
Step 7
Serve it in a large plate with salad aside.
