Honey Taco Shredded Chicken

This is a bulk prep recipe I do every week and then we have cooked chicken for tacos, burritos, salads, dips. Gotta have that protein ready and handy!
Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros.
As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe: 4oz raw weight

Step 1
Cooking Option 1
1. Put chicken broth and frozen or thawed chicken tenderloins (can use breasts also) in slow cooker with honey and seasoning and mix well
2. If frozen cook on high for 3 hours or low for about 6 (cookers can vary) Always check that the internal temp of chicken is 165 degrees or more. If thawed 2 hours on high or about 4-5 on low
3. From here I take the chicken out and place in large bowl and use my hand mixer to shred my chicken. Make sure you take our of slow cooker or it can ruin your non stick finish. Cooking Option 2
1. Put chicken broth and frozen or thawed chicken tenderloins (can use breast also) in pressure cooker with honey and seasoning and mix well
2. If frozen set cook time on high for 8-9 min and a manual quick release when done. If thawed 5 min cook time with a manual quick release also
3. 3. From here I take the chicken out and place in large bowl and use my hand mixer to shred my chicken. Make sure you take our of slow cooker or it can ruin your non stick finish.
