Step 1
Add breasts to bottom of slow cooker and top with seasonings. Top with onion, beans, chiles, garlic, and broth. Stir. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or 3-4 on high. Remove chicken and shred. Return to slow cooker and add cream cheese and half and half. Stir and cook on high for 15 minutes or until chili is creamy.
Step 2
Serve with toppings such as jalapeños, avocados, sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla strips and fresh cilantro.
