Instructions
Step 1
Roll out puff pastry onto a parchment lined baking tray . Cut into 8 squares . Take up each square then where the square was squeeze a tablespoon of honey ( or maple syrup if you are vegan - the puff pastry I’m using is for vegans ) now sprinkle cinnamon over the honey and then layer 6 thinly sliced pieces of apple with the skin on top making sure it has honey on the bottom of the apple slices .

Step 2
Place the pastry over the apples and honey then pinch down all the sides with a fork and prick the top a few times with a fork also . Now brush with milk and bake 200 c for 20 minutes . Once cooked and golden remove from the oven let cook a few minutes then flip the apple pies over and enjoy
