Instructions
Step 1
Brown the roast on all sides in a skillet with Pam or any zero calorie cooking spray.
Step 2
Add the roast to crock pot with the water and seasoning packets and cook on low all day (about 8 - 10 hours).
Step 3
Add radishes when there is about 4 hours left to cook.
Step 4
Optional to serve over cauliflower rice, or just have with the radishes.
