Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Line 15x10 jelly roll pan with parchment paper

3. Sprinkle thin towel with powdered sugar

4. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt and sugar

5. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, eggs and pumpkin

6. Mix both wet and dry ingredients together

7. Spread evenly on pan and bake for 13 to 15 minutes

8. Done when it springs back when touched

9. When done flip onto towel and carefully peel off paper

10. Roll up cake and towel and let cool

1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth

1. Carefully unroll cake

2. Spread filling evenly all over the cake

4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour
