This is my GO-TO high-protein, dairy-free ricotta that is perfect for everything from meal prep (perfect for smearing onto sandwiches or as a veggie dip) to dinner parties! Smear onto a plate and top with chilli oil, or sautéed vegetables and serve with some crusty bread

Blitz everything in a food processor until smooth and creamy - scraping down the sides as needed. Store in the fridge in a clean container for up to 1 week!
