Instructions
Step 1
Chop the thyme and rosemary and crush the garlic clove
Step 2
Add the thyme, rosemary and crushed garlic to a blender and pour enough lemon and herb sauce to cover the thyme, rosemary and crushed garlic and blend to make a sauce consistency
Step 3
Pour the blender mixture over chicken breasts or chicken thighs in a container and put in the fridge for 24hr to marinate
