Even if my eating is off for the rest of the day I make sure I get in my Protein Coffee with Collagen and it gives me an amazing start to my day! Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe Calories: 286 Protein: 61.6g Carbs: 8.9 Fats: 0.1g I use a 40oz tumbler to put all of this in and you can tweak this and use any protein powder you would like and any other flavors (cinnamon is a good anti-inflammatory for the body)

Instructions

Step 1
1. Brew Coffee or use made cold brew 2. In a shaker cup or blender combine milk, collagen, protein powder, cinnamon, and stevia and blend well. 3. Pour into tumbler or large cup of choice and add ice and pour over coffee if you want it cooler or just pour coffee over top and have it hot.
